I think I loved my second Ipsy bag just as much as my first one! If you don’t know about Ipsy, it’s a subscription every month for $12 and you receive a cute pouch with 5 customized products. I like having new products to try, and the small sizes are perfect for testing new things and also great to travel with! So let’s get into my May Ipsy bag review!
Tarte H20 Lip Gloss
I’ve had my eye on this lip gloss for a while, so when I saw this as an option in my glam bag, I instantly chose this product. (You can choose one item per month, and the rest are chosen for you.) My sister has tried these glosses and loved them, so I already had a feeling that I would too. I’m not a huge fan of sticky glosses, but this one is really natural-looking and doesn’t clump and stick too much. It’s also surprisingly long-lasting!
Space Case Cosmetics Eyeshadow
I absolutely loved the packaging and overall theme of this brand! I’m absolutely dying to try some of their nail polishes! The eyeshadow I received is a pretty silvery shimmer, and it is very easy to apply with a brush or my finger.
Ciate London Liquid Eyeliner
Liquid eyeliner is ALWAYS in my makeup bag, but I’ve had some horrible liquid liners which has made me rather picky about the applicator tip. Thankfully, this one is precise enough for me to make an easy winged look.
Dr. Botanicals Hydrating Mask
I love a good hydrating mask, and this one is very unique! The packaging said to keep it in the fridge, and I definitely recommend doing this! It makes my skin feel so cool and refreshed after a long day. It’s a pretty chunky formula, which I thought was a little odd, but once it’s on my face it’s smooth and soaks in easily.
Marc Anthony Leave-in Conditioner
My hair is very fine and straight, so I don’t use conditioner every day. I had been wanted to try a leave-in conditioner, so perfect timing on this product! It smells lovely and doesn’t weigh my hair down. *Hallelujah* so it’s definitely a keeper!
